Privacy notice
Version of October 20, 2026. This is a translation: if the two differ, the Spanish version applies.
In short
- If you join the waitlist, we keep your email, whether you're a trainer, a gym or train on your own, your language and your country. Nothing else.
- We use it only to tell you when the free trial opens. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
- We delete it whenever you ask, at info@gym4real.com.
- This site uses no tracking cookies: there's no cookie banner because none is needed.
Who is responsible
Gym4Real, from Costa Rica. Email: info@gym4real.com. This notice follows Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data, and its regulations.
This notice covers the gym4real.com site and its waitlist. The Gym4Real app has its own notice, which you accept when you create an account.
What we keep and why

For how long: up to 12 months after we tell you the free trial opened, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
We don't keep your name, phone number or IP address on the list. Giving us your email is optional; without it we can't let you know, but you can still see the whole site.
What happens when you visit
- One first-party cookie, called
idioma, which remembers whether you chose Spanish or English for one year. It doesn't follow you to other sites. - Cloudflare Turnstile checks that whoever joins isn't a robot, almost always without you doing anything. Cloudflare doesn't use that check for advertising (Turnstile notice).
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits with no cookies and without keeping your IP: we know how many people visit and from which pages, not who you are.
- Cloudflare keeps technical logs of each visit (such as the IP) for a few days, for the site's security.
Who else sees your data
Only the companies we need for the site to work, and only for that:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): serves the site, stores the waitlist, Turnstile and the visit count.
- Google (Gmail): receives the emails you send to info@gym4real.com.
We don't sell your data or give it to anyone else, unless a Costa Rican authority orders it by law.
Data stored outside Costa Rica
The waitlist is stored on Cloudflare servers in the United States. By ticking the form's box you agree to your email being stored there (Article 14 of Law 8968). Data travels encrypted.
Your rights
You can ask, anytime and at no cost:
- to know what data of yours we have (access);
- to correct it (rectification);
- to delete it and leave the list (erasure), or to withdraw your permission.
Write to info@gym4real.com from the same email. We reply within 5 business days at the latest. If you're not satisfied, you can go to Costa Rica's data protection agency (PRODHAB), at prodhab.go.cr. If you live in the European Union, you also have the right to take your data with you and to complain to your country's authority.
Minors
The waitlist is for people over 18. If you're younger, ask your parent or guardian to join for you.
How we protect your data
- Only the Gym4Real team can see the list, with a protected account.
- The form stops robots and limits repeated submissions.
- If there were ever a breach that affects you, we'll tell you and PRODHAB.
Changes to this notice
If it changes in something important, we change the date above and, if you're on the list, we write to you before it changes.
